Founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife duo KD & Laurene, Night Shift Ballers began with a simple goal, bringing people together through the game they love. What started as late-night pick-up runs quickly grew into a community movement, uniting players who shared the same passion for basketball and camaraderie.

As the vision expanded, KD and Laurene welcomed a dedicated team of organizers, volunteers, and community leaders who helped turn those humble beginnings into something greater. Today, that vision lives on through both the SBC Sunday Basketball League, now recognized as the biggest Filipino basketball league in Queensland, and the Saturday Multicultural League, a vibrant competition that brings together players from diverse backgrounds across the community.
